Built from the ground up, this home has water views from the top living level, large entertaining areas, infinity-edge pool and so much more. This was a large renovation project of a single level, brick and tile house. It was transformed into a contemporary, 2 level family home with numerous indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with city views and plenty of space for a growing family.

result: A 'children's nook' was created in the rear section of the lounge room with built-in storage drawers and reading bench seat, an activity table and play mat. This area now flows out to the backyard and sandpit.

Melissa and her team firstly renovated our investment apartment at East Brisbane and on that basis, were engaged to renovate two more inner city apartments while other apartments in the complex were renovated by another company. Feedback from management indicated that the Futari team’s colour scheme and functionality was preferred, and as a result the occupancy rate is nearly 100%.
