1. futari design is currently refurbishing a large apartment hotel in Brisbane City - The Abbey Apartments in Roma Stree.t
2. Recently futari design has created a new look for a photography studio in East Brisbane.
3. futari design has finalised the fitout project for a number of barrister chambers in the new Santos Place buinding in Brisbane city. These projects incudes overall design, colour selections, cabinetry design, furniture layout, sourcing all furnishings, artwork and accessories, styling and installation.
4. New Farm is where futari design completed works on a renovation project of a residential apartment complex on the Brisbane River.
5. futari design provided the colour scheme and finishes for an extensive refurbishment of a commercial property, turning an old corner convenient store into a modern office complex.
6. A large training organisation engaged futari design to prepare the full colour scheme, finishes and furnishings for their new office premises on Brisbane northside.
7. futari design was engaged to manage the interior refurbishment of a large apartment hotel in Kangaroo Point - The Wellington Apartment Hotel. The brief included reviewing the room layout, revamping the colour scheme and sourcing the fixtures, fittings and furnishings. futari design ensured the project ran smoothly and was delivered on time and on budget through extensive communication with unit managers, owners and trades people.
8. futari design managed the exterior refurbishment of a block of 9 units in Greenslopes. Works involved selecting a modern colour scheme, sourcing quotes, preparing a finishes board and documentation for body corporate approval and onsite project management. Changes include new paint and tiles, new signage and landscape maintenance.
9. Another large apartment hotel in Kangaroo Point - The Quest Apartments, also utilised futari design's expertise to assist in the interior renovation of their complex, providing a full colour scheme, finishes and specifications.
10. A retail homeware company with stores across Queensland engaged futari design to assist with the implementation of their new branding through improved space planning and design.
